How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for local orders. During peak periods or sale seasons, please allow up to 7 business days for your parcel to reach you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page features a specific size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own for the best fit.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed quickly. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checking out.
